We enjoy a lazy morning around our house on the 4th of July. "Bean" and I picked black raspberries, and for breakfast we all enjoyed waffles topped with vanilla yogurt and fresh berries. I foresee picking black raspberries and including them in our breakfast becoming an annual 4th of July tradition!
We then headed to T's parents for a picnic dinner... my parents, my brother and T's brother/wife joined us, along with T's Uncle Tip & Aunt Bonnie. Uncle Mike had fireworks again this year, which he set off that evening for our very own little fireworks display. The day was a little bittersweet because this will be the last 4th of July celebrated at T's parents house in Wilson - next summer we'll be celebrating at their new home in Aurora!!
