After we left the Naval Park, we headed over to the Buffalo Italian Festival - an annual family tradition! My best friend joined us and we enjoyed an assortment of Italian dishes including eggplant parmesan, stuffed peppers, a cannoli, and, of course, T's dad and I shared a bowl of tripe from Amici Restaurant - we share one every summer! It's really not as gross as it sounds.
