The Kingdom of Heaven is near

Monday, December 6th was the 6th night of the Feast of Dedication:

Blessed are you, Lord our God, King of the Universe, who has given to us holidays, customs and seasons for gladness and for the glory of

Yeshua the Messiah, our Lord,

the light of the world.

As part of our Temple cleansing "process", we asked God to purify our hearts; to make them right again. And, to remember the joy of God's salvation! And on the next night of the Feast of Dedication, it only seems appropriate that we repented from our sins.

In Matthew 4:17, Jesus tells us "Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near." And in Acts 3:19 it says "Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away."
