Terry is still in the process of our bathroom remodeling project. We have a gorgeous tile floor that he installed (thanks to Dad A. for his tile cutting skills), the drywall has been finished/sanded, the paint went on last night (it's looks great - the color is Behr "Pumpkin Creme", mixed by Sherwin-Williams); and the pot lot and light/exhaust fan have been installed. Tonight, the shower surround and toliet will be installed. And on Friday, the vanity, sink, and back splash will be done. Oooo... it's so close to being done!!
The bathroom project was put on hold for a couple of weeks earlier this month while my amazing friend from Australia was here visiting us (it very well worth being put on hold for)!! We had a very busy & fun couple of weeks while she was here visiting us.
Ter & I celebrated our 7-year anniversary on August 9th (see previous blog posts), and my mom celebrated her "50-something" birthday on the 18th ;)
And, "I" has been busy walking/running all over the place! He's a pro at walking now!
We're now slowly getting back into the groove of life and winding down the summer... I cannot believe it's the end of August already! Life really does go by so much faster once you have children: but it's a loving, fun-filled, awe-inspired type of busy!
