On Sunday, May 30th we went to the town of Marilla's Memorial Day Parade. Marilla is only a short drive from our house (a whopping 4 miles!!), and they had a nice little parade to watch. We had great seats under a tree in the shade. After the parade, the town had a Memorial Service (complete with a cannon blast!). They also served free hot dogs for everyone after the memorial service and had a band play. We had a really nice time. This was "I's" first parade and he enjoyed it!!
